Al Fresco

Al Fresco Chilled Red is made by Master of Wine Ray O’Connor.

Harvesting healthy Garnacha grapes a couple of weeks earlier than usual has retained the bright and fresh fruits of the region.

Using specific yeast from Lallemand Oenology, the grapes were processed in an original method which produces juicy, pure and vibrant red fruits, with soft mouthfeel at only 11% abv.
